Sean M. Keyser
Florida Notary Public
NNA Certified Signing Agent
Serving Central Florida since 2025
I'm Sean M. Keyser, a Florida-commissioned Notary Public and NNA Certified Signing Agent serving Central Florida since 2025. With a background in healthcare communications and emergency services, I bring a calm, detail-oriented approach to every signing.
Whether you need a quick document notarized or a full loan closing package handled, I come to you — your home, office, hospital, care facility, or anywhere convenient.
Every client deserves accuracy, professionalism, and peace of mind from the first signature to the final seal.
You'll need a valid, government-issued photo ID — such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport. Make sure the document you need notarized is unsigned when we meet; you must sign in my presence. If there are other signers or required witnesses, they should be present as well.
I come to you! As a mobile notary, I travel to your home, office, hospital, care facility, title company, or any location that's convenient for you within my service area. For clients outside Central Florida, Remote Online Notarization (RON) is available statewide — no travel required.
RON allows you to get documents notarized over a secure, recorded video session from anywhere — no in-person meeting needed. Florida authorized RON in 2020. You'll need a computer or tablet with a camera, a valid ID, and an internet connection. It's fast, convenient, and legally valid across most states.
Florida law caps the per-signature notary fee at $10. For mobile visits, a travel fee applies based on distance. Loan signing packages are priced separately depending on package complexity. Contact me for a quick quote — most appointments are straightforward and affordable.
I strive to accommodate same-day and next-day appointments whenever possible. For loan signings, I recommend scheduling at least 24–48 hours in advance to allow time for document review. Use the Schedule button above to see current availability, or call or text me directly.
Yes. I regularly assist clients in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. This is one of the most important services I provide. The signer must be mentally competent and able to communicate their wishes — if there is any doubt, facility staff or a physician should confirm the signer's capacity beforehand.
My primary service area is Lake County and surrounding Central Florida counties, including Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Sumter, Marion, Volusia, and Polk. For Remote Online Notarization, I can serve clients anywhere in Florida — and in many cases across the country. Contact me if you're unsure whether I cover your location.
