As a NNACertified Signing Agent, I am background screened annually and also certified through the Loan Signing System (LSS). Serving as a Florida Commissioned Notary Public in good standing, I offer mobile notary services with $100,000 Errors & Omissions insurance. Additionally, I am authorized for Remote Online Notarization under Florida Statutes Chapter 117, Part II, ensuring seamless support for real estate notary needs.
Out-of-State Seller? Borrower Traveling? I'm commissioned for Remote Online Notarization, allowing signers anywhere in the U.S. or abroad to complete their loan signing securely via video.
